Rental Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions govern all rental agreements between Flip Rentals (“the Company”) and the customer (“the Client”). By renting equipment from Flip Rentals, the Client agrees to comply with all terms outlined below. Flip Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered or collected and ends on the date it is returned in proper working condition. Any delay in returning the equipment will incur additional rental charges on a per-day basis.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are available within our service areas (Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and other regions on request). Standard delivery and pickup charges may apply depending on distance and quantity. The Client must ensure availability at the agreed delivery and pickup times.

Equipment Condition & Usage

All laptops and accessories are tested and delivered in working condition.

The Client is responsible for proper use, care, and maintenance of the rented equipment.

Equipment should not be tampered with, opened, or altered in any way.

Damages & Loss

The Client is liable for: Physical damage to the equipment. Water damage or any liquid-related issues. Loss or theft of equipment or accessories.

In case of damage or loss, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Client as per the current market value.

Flip Rentals reserves the right to inspect and assess the extent of damage before invoicing the Client.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before equipment handover.

The deposit will be refunded after successful return and inspection of all equipment.

Deductions will be made for any pending rent, damages, or missing accessories.

Payment Terms

Full payment of rent and applicable security deposit must be made before equipment delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may attract additional charges.

Technical Support

Flip Rentals provides remote and on-site support (where applicable) during the rental period.

The Client must report any technical issues immediately for assistance.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may attract a cancellation fee.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of any applicable charges.

Liability

Flip Rentals is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages caused by the rented equipment.

The Client is advised to back up data before and after usage.
